This may not exist but have to ask! Is there a PIII mobo out there that has onboard connections for front panel case usb/audio. If not then resign myself to a P4? This is just for a windows SE build so figured a P4 would be overkill.

USB 1.1 headers, sure. Most of them don't have integrated audio, so you may need to pick the right sound card and probably also do some custom wiring.

Many of them do. And IMHO, most with socket 370 do.
