Any more details?

Not really, I couldn't find any AGP options in the BIOS that would fix this. And this happens with FastVid on or off. The motherboard is a GA-6VTXE.
Also, the game loads really slow in Windows.

I'd test on my system (Voodoo3 2000 PCI) but one of my TV floppies is bad. 🙁

Does it display normally in other resolutions? Any display issues with other games?

The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know.

It is capped to 320x200 in the menus. The same issue happens with Quake at 320x200.

Perhaps try the Shareware version? Then if the issue persists, perhaps clueless1 may be open to testing that version on his machine for you so that they can be compared, eliminating a compatibility issue.

Shareware: ftp://DXZeff.com/3DREALMS/share/3dtv12.zip

I would also offer to test, but I don't have anything left out that I can install my V3 in. Unfortunately it looks like either a compatibility problem or a dry joint somewhere at first glance, but perhaps it isn't.

Edit: Odd that you can't enable SVGA (Pentium) in the graphics menu. Does the V3 have a VESA driver for DOS? Are you in Windows or DOS?

I can, but the menus are capped to 320x200.

Hmm I'm so sure someone else posted about this exact same issue a while ago.

EDIT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LN2z3WzmHU

Contact him, maybe he found a solution.

I'm trying to get my floppies working. Disk 1 is good. Disks 2 and 3 give me read errors. I can copy the 1.4MB files on disks 2 and 3 to the hdd if I Ignore the read errors. File sizes come out good but not sure the structure is intact. Trying to copy them back to good floppies now.

There was a solution to it, but it was a bios option I didn't have.

Do you remember what the BIOS option was?

It came from this thread: 3DFX Voodoo 3 3000 - Inconsistencies with some DOS and Windows Games
and it was "Frame Buffer Posted Write"
The issue is still there with the shareware version.

I can confirm the issue on my system with the shareware version. I don't have that BIOS option either...🙁

Does it also happen in Quake (DOS version) at 320x200?

Nope. Quake looks clean in 320x200. BTW, it turns out my Terminal Velocity floppies are of the shareware version. It doesn't say on the labels but it does in the install menu. Install failed with CRC errors, but I grabbed the file that HighTreason linked, so I'm back in business.

The GOG version of TV runs fine on the real thing if anyone urgently needs the full version.

I have the full version from the Steam version of the 3D Realms Anthology.
