Interesting. Mostly off-the-shelf parts, especially RMA chips. HD63B03RP is supposed to be a 2MHz microcontroller from Hitachi, sound like it could be used for communications.
A search for 35950505E (top right of the card) doesn't yield much useful, but it might be associated with Schlumberger.
I suppose it is some special-purpose controller or communications board.
Could you post a photo of the connectors on the bracket? Maybe those are some standard.
Anyway I don't think it is useful for retro gaming.
I have no idea but Im going to say dual serial port card with RTC and battery 😜

Retro PC #3: K6-2 450@500mhz, PC-Chips m577, 256mb sdram, AWE64 and a Voodoo Banshee.
S'NET is written on top of what appears to be an EPROM... Unfortunately this turns up no results and unless you have an EPROM reader it will be very difficult to get anything out of that IC to figure out what it does, even then, it might not yield any clues if you did. Nonetheless, a fascinating piece of hardware.

Interesting, Schlumberger are my former employers. If it is from them it would have been way before I started working for them.
The card though, to me looks like an in-series serial controller. You have two serial Com ports with a few dip switches to change user config settings. It is only an 8-bit card so was not shifting too much data on the whole.

Thanks for reply,this is how i/o looks like,got this card as part of "collection" with some isa and pci cards,funny thing owner tells me it some kind of Hercules or so,good part is got it almost free 🤣
