^ specialized card for specialized equipment/use , it has no value other than it's original purpose which is something that no home user will ever care about or have a way to use 🤣

It has some useful parts though. Some solid caps, some dip-switches and what looks like memory that could fit some old video cards. 😀

To be honest, im not sure if its worth breaking it out for part's, its comeing from a office.
Your strange ISA card seems to be a frame grabber.

i proberly need to explore the card a bit when i acquire the computer, but..it has no cd-rom drive, how could i transfer file's over to it?
i hope it has network as option.
