It was no longer to enjoy vintage computing

I've resurrecting my customized Pentium 1 PC which originally has MS-DOS 7.1 and Windows 3.11, when I turned on the hard drive was dead and I throw them away.

But, after I turned off and tried to turn on again it won't turned on! I've investigated which make it problem, when I tried unplug video card (S3 Trio64V2/DX) it turned on!

So is my video card died? Because it was stored for a long time ago! And I've difficult to find replacement parts as in my country must destroys the old computer because it was a junk

I've had as much trouble with ribbon cables going bad as with hard drives.
Too late to check for that though.

Look for bulgy or leaky capacitors on the motherboard and the video card.
