can anyone tell me what card this is? I'm assuming its a spectrum but no idea what model. all the images for spectrums I see online have green PCBs as well

3) The drivers: There is a program in the drivers folder that describe details about the sound card.

None of those cards seem to visually match up well. The opl chip is on the back. Didn't know that about the drivers, I'll give it a try.
It's probably a 3rd party card based on the "jazz" chipset.

Why would you say that? Jazz chipset based cards are a whole different world.
Anyway, I have a few PAS and that card chips match one of my Logitech rebranded PAS16. If you download drivers for the PAS16 it will probably work ok.
