I have Win 95c running perfectly on my Dell V350 P2-350Mhz w/ 128MB RAM.

The only thing missing the the USB support. I have installed both Win95 USB Supplements, but nothing. Still shows exclamation mark in Device Manager.

It's got a great Yamaha XG sound card onboard and an 8MB Rage ATI Pro onboard as well. Pretty decent for old games. Just would like to get USB working. Board is VL440LX Intel board.
