I have two Gotek floppy emulators. They both work flawlessly in my Pentium 233 machine, but both exhibit the same behavior in my 486. I can read the contents of a "disk", then if I switch to another disk (ex: from 003 to 012), my USB stick flashes as it's being read. But I only get the same directory listing of the first disk.
If I warm boot the PC, then the newly chosen disk will be read, but again, switch to a new disk and I have to reboot to make it see the new disk. This makes installing from multiple floppies not practical.

Both systems running DOS 6.22
486 SX 33
4 MB Ram
VLB IO card (Serial/Parallel/Floppy/IDE)

Any ideas?
