I havn't found any article or forum post describing what has been changed in CT1350B over years. There are several revision and probably biggest change was when they replaced CT1336 with CT1336A... Also CT1336A cards had U1 Creative chip replaced with Intel one...
I have several of these cards but generally I can't spot any differences in the PCB or sound quality at all...
