Currently running this with a P3 850 512mb Win98se which I know it's bottle necking big time. In Q2 it's getting 75FPS average at 1024x768.
So that being said what would be better suited? I was thinking along the lines of a P4 2ghz or an Athlon XP/64, the P4 would be cheaper.

I use that exact card with a Pentium 3-S 1.4Ghz. That is about equivalent to a Pentium 4 1.8-2Ghz which is plenty if you like to play at a high resolution and/or with anti-alias. I play games up to about 98-99 on that system. A faster system than that wont get much more out of that card unless you play at low resolutions.

Aye, I was thinking of that range regarding the P4's too. Tualatin setups too steep right now for me, and the P4 cpu's/mobo's aren't as pricey.
