Hey good you didnt have installed a Cyrix 6x86 😉 it burned my linear regulator after a few days of usage 😁

I have an AN430TX too, the regulator gets as hot as the TC430HX, not hot enough to leave a mark on my finger like if i touched a soldering iron.

i only have intel cpus anyway.

i could throw in a case fan or put the board in a modern case with many fans in it. my current case that i'm using is a A-Open HX45. I have no room on my table so i have to resort to sitting it on the carpet, the carpet blocks the vent on the bottom so it impacts airflow. same with my main Windows 10 AMD Ryzen 5 sleeper PC, it gets a bit warm in there.
