Hi all,
I've come across an interesting situation while trying to get my Backpack Bantam parallel port CD-ROM working (181100) on an old 486. I couldn't get it to work as it would always hang the system when loading the drivers. I tried multiple solutions, different drivers and EPP settings to no avail. However, I accidentally got it working by booting into Windows 3.11, exiting Windows and then loading up the driver package. And that's the only way it will work on my system.

Has anyone else had this happen or does anyone know why this could be happening?
