Probably but it's unprofessional.
If they sent something not working I'd open a dispute over paypal.
This is a minor complaint IMHO compared to what could have been......
Have never bought from electromyne and have no affiliation but now I might have actually purchased from them if I did not live across the pond..shipping cost 🤣
