Help needed with Voodoo 5 5500 (AGP version)

EDIT: AGP version of the Voodoo 5 5500.

Can someone that has one take me some pictures of different parts of their board? I have some parts broken off and I need references as to what they were and orientation.

On the front side, to the immediate left of the RIGHT side fan, there is a space for capacitor C62. I need that one.

On the back side, upper left corner (back side of where Molex connector is), I have C500, C501 and C502 capacitors missing.

Remember that there are both AGP and PCI variants of the card. It would be a good idea to indicate which is of interest in the title, so you don't get replies from folks with the wrong one. Looks like there is just enough evidence in the photos to indicate that this is the AGP variant.
