I've searched the main chip and it seems to me a programmable I/o controller. I'm not sure how to operate it, but others have been playing be around be with it:

Stuck at 10MHz...

It's basically an FPGA on it isn't it? So you could make it what you want, apple II emulation card or something 🤣

Edit: Though that might be close to original purpose, emulating a weirdass IBM terminal or speaking mainframe to whisper sweet nothings in an AS/400s ear or something.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

Yeah looks like some type of industrial interface card. On the 16bit ISA part it accesses Gnd, +5v, IRQ10, IRQ11 and IRQ12 if I read it correct. No 16bit Address lines...
So some simple 8bit w/16bit IRQ not-high frequency interface to some low speed equipment.....I do not think it was designed to connect to a terminal, too many low speed parts imho

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Tested it... It wasn't the mentioned website itself...but there is a delayed redirect to poweradblocker.com OR quantumadblocker.com. The solution is very simple: Just stop loading the page after you've clicked the link, this worked for me.

Yah, Ublock Origin stops it but ABP doesn't.

Yup, I'm using Adblock Latitude (forked from ABP) with NM27 and it doesn't stop that...NoScript is actually deactivated in this session (not comfortable for family members) - it would also block it, because it's most likely a JS redirect.
