I think that the motherboard model is - Informtech IT-AM33/40-DLC
I've found information about it but no the bios. If you have one or you know where I can find it, please tell me I will be very grateful

that 8742 isn't a rom, it's a microcontroller, programmed to handle the keyboard interface..

I believe that the 8742 (or 8042? has a little bios on it, isn't it??
It's a microcontroller with some program to turn it into a keyboard controller. I don't think these have been property reverse engineered yet. However they're usually exchangeable.

Okay, dug it out from its usual home and pulled the BIOS chip. It's quite tightly integrated since it's a baby-AT board in a micro ATX case.
Anyways, here's the BIOS ROM, along with a picture showing which ROM chip it is. I'll get this into the 386 bios thread too.

Found this board to be very near exact (same real pics) except the location of Jp2 and Jp4 are swapped AND the clock jumpers are a bit diff in th MH picture

Also the page lists JP3 but the MH image does not show it. But those errors are common in many of the old MH/TH99 pictures.
