I recently assembled an XT-FDC using files from the Retrobrew wiki. The card works, and is able to seek the floppy disk when the computer starts up, but when actually attempting to boot, it rapidly seeks the floppy disk before throwing a "Boot failed, error 80" message. I know that the disks are good, and the XT-FDC is configured correctly according to the jumper configurations listed on the wiki. Am I doing something wrong?

(Also it fails to boot when the XT-FDC BIOS is disabled.)

Just in case as well, I disabled the onboard FDC of my Asus P5A in BIOS and in the Multi-Floppy BIOS configuration. I'm using this board at the moment because I already have it set up on my testbench. The XT-FDC is currently configured to be the primary FDC.
