Here is the board and I am not sure about subject.

gsplay is running mid files, but not sure it is using small board. Is there any tools to test wave table daughter board?

Sounds like low-end wavetable MIDI, so probably, yes.

If it wasn't the daughterboard, there would have to be a softsynth running (not included in GSPlay), or somehow the ES1868's ESFM OPL3 clone would be playing the music, which would sound... different.
