Is it with midi board?
Sounds like low-end wavetable MIDI, so probably, yes.
If it wasn't the daughterboard, there would have to be a softsynth running (not included in GSPlay), or somehow the ES1868's ESFM OPL3 clone would be playing the music, which would sound... different.
Sound is clear, record is weird. Will do better video.
