I picked up this 386 40Mhz motherboard. All these motherboards I have seen have a soldered 386 CPU, but this one has a 386 CPU socket. The MR BIOS is a really feature. The Macronix chipset with integrated 8K cache is pretty cool as well. The pictures of the motherboard are from the seller I picked it up from. The last picture is of the final build. It now has the following specs:

Cyrix 486DLC 40Mhz CPU
Cyrix FasMath 40Mhz FPU
32MB (8x4MB) 60ns memory
SIIG Cirrus CL-GD 5429 2MB video card
Sound Blaster 16 CT4170 sound card
3Com 3C509B Etherlink III network card
Multi I/O card with IDE, floppy, serial & parallel
Compact Flash to IDE adapter with 2GB Compact Flash Card
1.44MB 3.5" and 1.2MB 5.25" floppy drives
MS-DOS 6.22 with Windows 3.11

I was going to go with a 486SXL-40 CPU, but it would not play nice with this board. Overall I am really happy with this build.
