Completely passively with a passively cooled PSU. Is it possible? I worry that I would be slowly killing the system by doing so. However I had a thin client with one of these cooled by nothing.

The later models of the GXm line specifically mention using them in industrial/service applications but these also have a lower TPD.

I've got a potential PSU already. I'm more concerned with the CPU and the mainboard.

I'm running the ~200 MHz passively, with a big heatsink.
However, I'm also using DOSIDLE to keep the CPU cool in DOS.
And I'm using WQGHLT under Windows 3.1x, too.

Edit: PSU is also passively cooled. System is a setup box..
