I am pretty sure he is using a TTL display and not composite mode.

So I was minding my own business, looking up some info on CGA and I found the answer in this thread. (Arcade CGA refers to the 15 KHz signal - man - I finally understand...) This was after the shock of seeing my post at Atari-Age linked to in an unrelated Vogons post that I happened to get to while looking up CGA. Fun.

The coolest part is I am just about the update that program with a much better rendering engine that I just finished for another project.
