I'm getting a 95 box soon, so even though this is quite a ridiculous question, I might as well ask anyways. Plus, I'm sure it's been done before. Does anyone know of a way to customize the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" screen in Windows 95? I'm wanting to make it a message box, like the one in NT. Speaking of which, I still need to get an NT rig.

I remembered that Master of Orion 2 came with some custom screens pre-made as bonus goodies on the CD.

They just seem to be 256 colour Windows bitmap files of 320x400 - Paint Shop Pro opens them fine. There's a LOGO.SYS , LOGOW.SYS , and LOGOS.SYS. I guess these replace existing files somewhere in the Windows folder.

Hopefully nobody will mind if I upload these as example images.
