If you think you've been wronged by HP, for instance, then using their forums to find other people who feel the same way you do in order to drum up enough interest in a class action suit should be okay. If they delete your post then they are CLEARLY trying to cover up their own complicity in what you're claiming.
I'm glad somebody finally raised this - I've been thinking about starting a class action against VOGONS for deliberately and unfairly distracting me from real life. Think of all the things I could have achieved if I wasn't wasting my time here reading about memory timings and ISA sound cards!

In your mind it clearly proves it, but you’re already a biased participant. From a neutral party it doesn’t imply guilt at all. There could be any number of reasons.
