While it generally works i find the music emulation a bit quirky, SB16 portion usually runs great. General Midi has some music slowdowns here and there, plus some volume ups and downs (like some notes play louder for a moment). OPL3 emulation is mediocre, some games wont even run with this properly, some will literally crawl. Remember that SBLive dos support is pure software thing and thus CPU bound.
