Anyone have a DOS utility handy that converts to/from base64 encoding? I probably had one at some point but can't seem to find it, and web search engines are giving me all garbage results that have nothing to do with DOS. Thanks in advance!

Graphics workshop for DOS had that capability I think. Google is getting more useless by the month. I think you have to find archives like Simtel, then look in the internet tools, news and mail utilities etc, because it was for enabling binaries over text based mediums.
