Jetstrike?
A jet game can be a simulator, a shoot'em'up... even there were strategy game based on jet planes. You should give us some hints, like views (inside the cockpit, behind the plane, horizontal/vertical shooter), genre, polygon/sprite based, gameplay, if you remember a jet model used on the game...
