I don’t know what happened. I had this computer all set up before and working correctly but now it is not working correctly.

Computer specs
CPU - Intel 486dx2-66
Motherboard - VLB
RAM - 16mb
Cache - 256kb
Controller - VLB EIDE with two Serial ports
Video - VLB
Audio - PAS16 ( ISA )

Problems:
1) Mouse does not work in DOS mode or with MSD. Works in WIN-3.11

2) Audio does not work in WIn3.11 ( MIDI playback works and CD play works but .WAV files do not play and System Audio is NOT working.
No Beeps or System sounds.
Audio works in DOS

3) IRQ conflicts with PAS16 setup.
MPU-401 emulation can not find an open IRQ. Default install fails.
