That is definitely not a commonly used card and there is no information about it, anywhere, because it was not sold in stores. The company that made it was involved in direct selling of DSP products in the 80's and 90's, for the PC market and then transitioned to the telecom market, with digital telephone solutions. The company is still alive and kicking, so you can contact them to get whatever information they still retain about said product.
