YM2149x6? Odd choice imo, if you want a crazy PSG composing device, AY8930 or even SAA1099 would be better choices imo.
A card like this will be useless for DOS games. This thing is for very specific music production.

This looks like it houses a whole sound engine on the card itself, with an onboard CPU and storage memories for whatever it will pump into the squarewave orchestra 🤣. It will not be usable for any existing games though with effort it could do some of the functionality of Beepblaster we saw not so long ago.
