Same story here, I did the 2MB upgrade. This card is strange...
It has conflict with more than 50MB of EDO RAM apparently, and shift to 87Hz interlaced mode in 1024x768 automatically even when using CLMODE and setting my screen in 60Hz...

Are Chips F64300 cards any good?

EDIT: Ok, I did some research and apparently they are quite fast for DOS games, on par with late Tseng/S3 cards.
