I recently got the voodoo 3 1000 16meg version that runs at 125mhz and I wanted to get some kind of cooling for it. Anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? I was thinking something like these:

Easycargo 40mm Heatsink Kit 40mmx40mmx20mm + 3M8810 Thermal Conductive Adhesive Tape, Cooler Aluminium Heat Sink for Cooling 3D Printers Stepper Motor TEC1-12706 Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler 40x40x20 https://a.co/d/ghEQUQp

With a nocturnal 40mm fan screwed onto it.

It doesn't need a fan if you're not overclocking, a heatsink would be enough. I'd also go adhesive tape as you've listed for ease of removal and because it's a low temperature scenario. Go cheap, no need to spend a lot unless you want something nice to look at.

More than enough. Just make sure (as much as you can) that you are using real 3M thermal conductive tape and not some fake simple tape, this is more common than you might think.
