I recently got Diamond Moster 3D that kind of works ... vertical banding is present in 3D scenes and bright backgrounds.
After inspecting the card I noticed one inductor? missing at the back side, close to loop/vga ports. Location in red circle, component L13:
What spec do I need?
Were there any schematics for these cards ever available? Best I can do is look for the same size component.

what happens if you restore the L13 connection with a piece of wire?
It's part of the vga signal so nothing bad can happen

Front ICs look pretty good, except maybe for some dust.

You were right. Looks like whole pad is gone (TMU chip). Will send it to someone with microscope.
Update to this thread: card was actually ok, I had a problem with LCD. All is well after pressing "autosetup" button. Could be a frequency glitch?
TMU pad is actually a factory "defect". There is a small blob of solder on the pin but it is connected to the copper pad.
Ferrite bead was replaced with this one: https://www.ebay.de/itm/274950610818
It's a 1206 package.
Soldering was done by a frend.
