AFAIK, you can't boot XP from a floppy the way you could Win9x. About the only thing you can do is use a Win9x boot disk to allow file access at the DOS level and that would only work for FAT or FAT32 partitions (not NTFS).

They have a load of boot disk makers, including a utility that allows you to access NTFS drives from a DOS prompt.
