Just as the title says, when playing the aforementioned MTV Celebrity Deathmatch on a new PC, sound effects (and occasionally the announcers) will not work. This is apparently an issue when you try to play the game on an OS newer than XP, perhaps this is an issue related to the depreciation of DirectSound? Anyone on here have any suggestions as to how to get the sounds working on an OS newer than XP? It's not a great game by any means but it would be nice to have this game work properly on modern PCs.
