Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge - Hardware Check
Using this thread I've been able to get the game to work and I'm now able to change the controls and resolution. The issue I'm having is I can't change my controller layout because I get this error when trying to confirm them.
The guy in the post explains it "Problem is when you save the controller settings it will work just fine, but the next time you want to adjust controls it won't (complaining about unassigned buttons), so you need to delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\thq\HotWheelsSTC\Controllers if you didn't set everything correctly in one attempt."
That's what's happening to me but the problem is that I don't have the controllers key in regedit so I have no way to reset it. I've tried deleting the full game folder in regedit and I've tried reinstalling but I'm still getting the error. I just need a way to delete my current saved controls so it's as if it's my first time configuring them again so it wont give me the error.
