What does the fault point to when various exceptions are thrown during loading a segment in any way(jmp,call,interrupt CS,stack switch faulting on SS,mov)?

What error code is pushed during a...
- Fault on a gated segment? Does it point to the gate or to the gated segment? What privilege level does that have?
- Fault on a conforming code segment? What privilege level does that have?

Is the value that's loaded with mov/call/jmp/int CS/stack switch SS being loaded pushed unmodified?
