Ooh an SLC2. Nice find!
I really like these for some reason, I love the idea of pushing a "16 bit" PC as far as it can go. They (TI/Cyrix) also made an 80MHz version, right?

Confusingly.
Then slc2 is for the 386sx
The slx2 is for the 386dx
You would think the sxl would be for the sx but apparently not. 😐

Nice lot of processors. You could probably make your invest back selling the others.

Managed to get this on locally. The case seems to be in good shape.

The board inside is PC Chips M720, which is i440 LX based dual slot 1 MB. The catch is PC Chips didn't include the APIC chip... and because of that it is single CPU only. There is a slot for small expansion board https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/521 … help/?p=3266017 but obviously I don't have it.
Rest of the system consists of 8 GB WD HDD, Hercules S3 Trio, some lowend ISA sound card and a modem. Most likely I'll use the case to build LX DOS / win98 system. But a slightly different one - using Asus P2L97-S (with onboard SCSI) and as fast CPU as possible - either PPGA Celeron 533 Mendocino or Coppermine Celeron if possible.

CPU inside is PII 300 (Klamath core), which is nice to have for my collection - now I own all three Klamath PII - 233, 266, 300.

What amuses me even more is that odd DB with the APIC chip. Design an SMP motherboard, populate it with everything except the core element leaving it on an unobtainium DB for "cost efficiency" / desire to get some additional bucks - PCChips is so PCChips!

What a weird, but interesting board. Never heard of that expansion chip for that board. Bizarre.

Got those today. Only three really interesting boards: a Slot 1, a Turbo XT (complete with RAM, CPU, and FPU), and a 286 with Headland chipset and 16 MHz CPU. Also two 386 boards, but both damaged by battery. Will take CPU, FPU, and SRAM chips from those and toss them. They are beyond repair.
Rest is modern crap. May keep some of the modern ones still.
So this is what I scored lately for not even 100 bucks:

Got another Inspiron 600m with a different CPU than the other one I have and the hinges are good on that, too. Time to do a video about the two laptops with the differences in between the two. The one I got last night came with XP Pro on an Intel Centrino (Centrino = Intel chipset + processor + wireless with less power consumption) processor, Radeon 9000 with 32MB RAM, 512MB DDR (2GB maximum), removable CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo, 40GB HDD. The other one is almost similar, except it has the DVD Burner, 60GB HDD (not Working, might be dead), came with XP Home, and Celeron processor (less L2 cache, more consumption, and less performance).
Edit: wrong specs were places on here for both laptops (VRAM is the same size, but the HDD was a different size).

Very well done... and at $20 only!
This is only the third one I have ever seen for sale... and I bought the second one that I saw for sale. 😁
You sir are the only other person I know to have one of these... we ourselves are in a very small but exclusive club together... 🤣

With a new family here, I have been quite quiet in the computer world... but still here!
My two purchases of the last few months are motherboards, the below being Octek's Jaguar V (15 Euros)... and in a separate auction the ISA graphics card: -

The second motherboard was a total chance, didn't know if it would work going by the seller feedback.
This one is a DTK (with DTK chipset)... onboard cache, and it came with an SXL-40 CPU. At 20 euros, nobody touched it surprisingly, but it works.

What chipsets are on the damaged 386 boards? I still need a BIOS dump for my Contaq-based one.
