Windows Vista Business 32bit

No games have problems, yet, because I haven't even figureed out how to use the keymapper to configure the LogiTech Dual Action Controller. However, I'm trying to play Mortal Kombat 1 and 2. Arkanoid seems to work though, without having to manually configure anything.

get the latest one from official page www.dosbox.com and remove old mapper file.

Same story. I can run Mortal Kombat fine without problems. I just don't know how to use the keymapper to configure my controller. How do you use the keymapper ?

check dosbox's manual
but basic buttons and axis should work without using the mapper if the game supports joystick (in mk press f10)

You should just use Xpadder 5.3

It emulates your keyboard to a controller and gives you full control over it.

Much easier than the configuring DOSbox and the program itself doesn't require installation.
