First of all: I know, DOSBOX is targeted for DOS not for Windows, and I wouldn't blame DOSBOX it can't run Windows software properly but I have one question: Is possible to use Glide emulation under Windows95 which is booted under DOSBOX from harddisk image?

Hmm. I've installed gulikoza's DOSBOX with Glide, tested with 3dfx-logo test - it works. But I've installed Win95 on harddisk image, installed EF2000 (3dfx version) and after launch it simply freezes. Should be something from Glide wrapper installed under emulated Win95? I've read all topic about DOSBOX with 3dfx patch, but I hadn't found this information...or I've understood this topic wrong..

Well, it's not that clearly documented 😀
First of all, my build is too old...win95 was fully added after the last July's release so you have to build from source (or use Virusek build found somewhere here on the forum - although I have not tested it). Then, you have to copy the glide2x.dll (the dosbox version - found in the glide thread) to the harddrive image (c:\windows or somewhere in the path). The third requirement is to add set glide=600 to autoexec.bat (the windows autoexec of course). You can check my page for compatibility and tested games 😀

BTW: isn't EF2000 a dos game? More so, the version I know uses statically compiled glide and does not work with current glide emulation...

3dfx version of EF2000 is only for dos, and uses a statically linked library, therefore no hopes of making it work with the glide wrapper.
windows version does not support any kind of hardware acceleration.
