Hi everybody,

I'm trying to configure Dosbox 0.35 on an older T23 (SuSE Linux 8.2). ~/.dosboxrc is not being read, there is no config command available, and the only file in /usr/share/dosbox is dosbox.lang

Does anyone know where I could find such old config info? The goal is to run a DOS DNA sequencer app and I'd like to automate the start of the program.

Or could I modifiy z:/autoexec.bat somehow?

That's a really really old version of DosBox. Is there any reason why you're using that and not 0.74? Also, since DosBox is an emulator mainly targeted towards running old DOS games, I'm not sure that I would trust it with a DNA sequencing app. Try getting a copy of FreeDOS going in Virtualbox instead.
