Are any VGA/SVGA drivers available for the Voodoo 5 in DOS? All I can find are Voodoo I/II and Voodoo Rush drivers. Please help and thanks.

I don't think there's much, if any. Voodoo 4/5 is from 2000. An era where DOS had already become an outdated gaming platfom.

What do you need VGA drivers for? Perhaps you mean Glide drivers (glide2x.ovl)?

Some VESA modes do not work on 3Dfx cards. For example, Mechwarrior 2's SVGA and (I think) X-Men Children of the Atom won't normally work in SVGA.
VESAfix adds these modes and consumes only a couple of KBs AFAIK.
