Hello! I have a problem with DOSBox. After installation, I can't change the options. The file 'stdout.txt' always displays an error message telling "tried creating C:\Users\??t????a??? ?ß???\AppData\Local\DOSBox\dosbox-0.74.conf. but failed." Does anybody know if I can change the path where DOSBox creates the Configuration File?

What is the username of your profile in Windows?

You can have DOSBox use a config file outside of the profile by putting dosbox.conf in the same directory as dosbox.exe

I think it is a problem related with the characters used for the profile name.

Just another user that likes old OSes and videogames, nothing interesting to see here...
