Hello, right now testing some SiS 6326 cards and have little problem. Last driver for windows 98 version 1.32 does not support OpenGL. So i was thinking thats fine. Not until i read some reviews where guys were able to use OpenGL with High Angle driver. So i googled bit and found one (03/31/1999) its version 1.27. Installed and nothing. GLQuake still in microsoft software renderer and aida detects nothing as well. In drivers is this note.
4. OpenGL supporting
Driver High-Angle supports ICD OpenGL.
Fine i googled again and downloaded version 1.28whql (02/09/2000). In readme again this note
5. OpenGL supporting
Driver 1.28whql supports ICD OpenGL. OpenGL games such as Quake2 can run
with it. Please apply "Default OpenGL" or "Standard OpenGL" if a game
provides options for OpenGL setting.
Again GlQuake nothing as well as aida. So is this support limited only to Quake2? Is there any secret way how to instal OpenGL? Got it someone working in WIn98?
