36XX a "AWE32 value" - Custom sound fonts but no true OPL3
2290 has Opl3, no sure if is bug free.
This system will be win 98 or DOS only?

Retro rig 1: Asus CUV4X, VIA c3 800, Voodoo Banshee (Diamond fusion) and SB32 ct3670.
Retro rig 2: Intel DX2 66, SB16 Ct1740 and Cirrus Logic VLB.

Windows only or also DOS?
SB digital audio only or also MIDI?
Do you care about OPL3 vs CQM FM synthesis?
