Hi,
I have found this card, but i have not been able to find anything about it.
On the back of the card it says " Videograph"
Perhaps some of you have seen such card before ?.

On the "large" chip it says "BT451K0125 Ramdac"
I'd be willing to bet that the missing chip is the one that does the bulk of the processing. No idea what the card is though.
See my graphics card database at www.gpuzoo.com
Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.
You're missing the 110MHz clock oscillator near the card bracket, the large chip which should be a HD63484CP8, and a few capacitors that I see at a quick glance.
If you look at the pictures, the 3 coax outputs are for RGB, probably for hooking up to a CRT projector or similar business/industrial grade monitor.

Thanks for the info.
