I'm no tea gourmet but I drink my fair share of tea, so:
Caykur is basically the state owned tea manufacturer, and although some of their brands are questionable the Caykur No. 42 Tirebolu is a great mainstream tea from Giresun.
Another rather mainstream tea that I enjoy is Dogus Karadeniz Filiz, a tea made from sprout leaves.
Once again by Caykur, the Caykur Hemsin Organic Tea is the producer's premium tea made from tea produced in north-easternmost provinces.
Karali Premium Filiz is a another fantastic tea made of sprout leaves, but probably not readily available everytwhere.
Beta Tea Yuksek Tepeler is a good tea, although the manufacturer does not necessarily stick to only Turkish leaves for its blends.
Enjoy your stay, feel free to ask about anything else.
P.S. Not all of the above may be available for sale in teabag form, so be ready to cook your own tea traditionally with some 😀

How to brew Turkish tea
It is very easy to brew Turkish tea. You will need:
2 tablespoons of black Turkish tea çaykur çaya çıçeği
Turkish double kettle
Pour water into the first tier of the kettle and pour dry tea into the second and rinse it with cold water. Boil the water and pour water from the kettle to the custard. And over low heat, let the kettle boil for a few minutes.
Pour tea into glasses or cups and drink.
In Turkey, tea is not drunk for one glass, so if you want to arrange such a long tea, do not forget that while you drink the kettle should be switched on low heat.

Np, enjoy your tea 😀 I'll actually be in Rome as a tourist in March so maybe you can kindly return the favor by advising me what part of Rome I should look for a airbnb appartment in?

Unfortunately I don't live in Rome but near Milan, in the north.
One word of advice is "beware of pickpockets". They are everywhere and are a great emergency right now.
People are exasperated. We'll get back to it when the time comes.
