DOSBox questions should go in the DOSBox forum. This is for DOS games. Also, Win 95 is not supported in DOSBox.

Neither Dosbox 0.74 nor SVN of Dosbox have support for 3dfx. Nothing you can do.
And it doesn't support Windows 9x (other than running IN it).
There are forks of Dosbox that support that but those are not supported here.

And it doesn't support Windows 9x (other than running IN it).There are forks of Dosbox that support that but those are not supported here.

There are DOSBox forks (e.g. Daum) that have 3dfx support for DOS games, like Tomb Raider 1.
I have no idea if this 3dfx emulation would work under Windows 95 run under DOSBox.
What game are you trying to run and on what hardware?
