I'm using Dosbox 0.72 on an XP SP 2 machine and the original cd of a games magazine from 98.
Core and cycles are on auto.

My autoexec:

I installed the game correctly and installed the patch 1.1 (patched main.exe).
I start setsound.exe and selected sound blaster pro or compatible.
Then I tried to start the game using thunder.bat

This file contained the folliwing:

@echo off
main -pD:\thunder %1 %2 -t

After starting thunder.bat the game showed the SSL logo and after I pressed a key the game crashed.

This map has too many triggers, max triggers is 550.

I already tried instructions of this and that but nothing helped (set core to dynamic, cycles to 3000 or 1000; using a dos4gw file to start game).
