Asus were at the top of the game back then.
I'm sure without checking that it's a fine board.
Dont let the Name ASUS lull you into thinking that every board they made for 775 was a good board, they had a few stinkers in their cheaper boards.
This board is one of their cheaper Lakeport boards, its also made with questionable capacitors which should be checked, but if its caps are fine then it should be solid enough if a little lacking in bells and whistles or any kind of real overclocking utility the more expensive models have.
It does have Core2 support with later BIOS revisions which makes it more useful !
