Hello,
someone having a copy of je4333apm.zip?
Its a modified beta-bios from FIC for the VA503+ with K6-III+ Support and up to 60GB IDE drives.
Can't find a copy of it anywhere on the net 🙁
Kind regards!

I'm not finding the APM version anywhere, but the standard je4333 version is available.
Is there a specific reason you want the APM only version (ACPI option rom stripped out)? Only reason I see for that is if you want to run XP.
The regular version supports K6-2+/K6-3+ CPUs as well as large drives.
The only difference is the stripped ACPI? Ok, i can do this myself.
Thank you for this information!
Got hold of this board today and was immediately happy because i used this board a lot that time.
It's revision 1.0A and has a 4.7k resistor between Vss and NMI on the socket, i'm not sure if that's a factory or user mod.
Yeah, only difference is ACPI stripped out from what I could find... at least that is what the person that made the original modded BIOS said in the posts I found.
Sorry tk revive this old thread but I'm looking for JE4333apm. Seems impossible to find. I really want to stick with the AT powersupply for my va503+ mb.
Seems lost sadly - the closest I could find either online or in my own files is the previous APM version JP4329, which doesn't support K6-II+ / K6-III+ 'mobile' CPUs or 60GB drives.

If you're handy with BIOS modding tools you could probably replicate the work of Tim Stinnett (as user 'tcsenter', the modder who created JE4333APM) - here's a link to a thread where he mentions his work.

Thank you for looking.
I've been experimenting with using awards tool - cbrom.exe, however I'm thinking there is more to the process than just removing ACPITBL.BIN from je4333.bin. I've actually done it and I 'may' try flashing it. I see many people using cbrom.exe to modify boot logos.
